MANAGEMENT BY ACCEPTANCE 

PART 1: MANAGING THE ENVIRONMENT

The purpose of this course is to give management the skills necessary to deliver appropriate course corrections that enhance the learning, skill and morale of the organization by adapting the environment to make it easier to conduct agile techniques. Course content includes:

·       Organizational Change Management

·       Techniques for evaluating the root cause of performance failures in the process

·       Techniques for differentiating between motivation and ability issues in the environment

·       Techniques for pinpointing crucial leverage points to nudge performance in the correct direction

·       Methods for defining standards such as “definition of done” and “definition of ready” so that consistent standards can be applied to the whole organization

·       Practice evaluating failures in the process and identifying course corrections

·       Course emphasizes the impediment removal skills necessary to propel the organization to new levels of improvement guaranteed to bring 20% productivity results within 3 months
