Brian has been utilizing his Agile expertise since the early 2000s, mentoring teams and
operating as a consultant for companies like Ernst & Young, Capital Group, Deloitte, and others.
In 2001, he became the COO of ROME Methodologies, a PMI-registered & IIBA-endorsed
training provider specializing in the customization of training and consulting services, where he
introduced the first pilot of Agile Methodology to the Underwriting Excellence Program.

Brian is a Scrum Alliance certified Scrum@Scale
Trainer (SaST) and Executive Enterprise Agile coach
with over 25 years of software development
experience in healthcare, finance, banking,
insurance, and telecommunications.
