CRUCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY

The purpose of this course is to teach leaders to describe an outcome to such a degree that it provides the ability for them to monitor progress while maintaining the assurance that they can intervene when necessary. The course begins with a description of an outcome in contrast to an output.  It includes an explanation of the values of effectiveness as the primary focus of leadership and the techniques to analyze the outputs necessary to test the assumptions that underlie the approach to outcome attainment.  The course ends with practice in creating the metrics necessary for monitoring progress.
